New Sermon Series at 9 or 10:30 AM through May 5 | Join us for By the Book, our new series exploring how the Bible is unlike any other book we encounter. We can pick it up and read it and totally miss the point. We’ll spend five weeks learning about the Bible in all its beauty and power to change our lives if we let it. Cinco de Mayo-themed All Church Potluck on Sunday, May 5 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM in Fellowship Hall. We are switching who brings what! We'll still provide the main dish and drinks. Last names with N-Z, bring a potato, pasta, or veggie dish; A-M, bring a dessert or salad.
Hymn Sing is Wednesday, May 8 | Join us from 6:30 to 8 PM in the sanctuary as we raise our voices together and sing (or just listen to) some of our favorite hymns of the faith using real hymnals. Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend!

Men's TopGolf is Wednesday, May 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM | All men are invited to join us at Top Golf for a night of fun, food, and a little golf. Hillcrest will pick up your golf, all we ask you to do is cover your food/drink. Don't forget to bring your Top Golf card...if you don't have one, you will need to purchase one for $5 at Top Golf. Our time will be spent playing your favorite Top Golf games (FREE), hanging out (bring a friend) and eating great food (bring $$ for food). Register by May 8 here...
Join other Hillcresters to serve at Adelante Thrift on the third Saturday each month. Next date: 5/18 (10 AM to Noon). We will sort donations and hang up clothing for the store. Alaska Mission Trip Fundraiser on Sunday, May 19 from 9 AM to noon at the Student Center. Just drop off your car before church and come out to a freshly washed car following the service. Donations are freewill offerings and divided among those participating in the car wash.

Making a Plan & Leaving a Legacy is Wednesday, May 29 from 5 to 6:30 PM in Fellowship Hall | What are ways to maximize the investments you are making in the lives of others and in your community of faith? As laws changes, new opportunities become available. Join us to hear from Dan Melgren who will help people think through financial legacies as part of his work with Covenant Trust. Join us on Sunday, June 2 from 6:30 to 8 PM in the Student Center for a prayer and worship night focused on God's goodness for all generations. There will be testimonies of answered prayer, a focused time on praying for all generations to know Jesus and learning how to encounter the Holy Spirit as we ask for boldness to share his faithfulness in our own lives. All generations are welcome. Afterwards we'll enjoy ice cream together!
