Hillcrest is seeking a Senior Pastor! The Senior Pastor of Hillcrest Covenant Church (HCC) is called to proclaim the light of the gospel, shepherd the congregation towards unity and peace, and mentor the staff to encourage and deepen servant leadership skills. Together with the Hillcrest Governance Board (HGB), the Senior Pastor is charged with discerning God's will for HCC at this point in history through prayer and humbly communicating that vision to the congregation through worship, ministry and service. HCKids is seeking paid childcare workers for our weekly childcare events. Invest in parents by allowing them to attend events that will give them opportunities for spiritual growth. Hillcrest Kids Childcare Worker

This paid position fluctuates in hours and days per week.

Hillcrest Covenant Church is a fifty-year-old church family situated physically in a neighborhood of Prairie Village. We are a caring community that loves God and loves people. We are passionate about bringing all people to life in Christ. As we seek to honor God in our worship and teaching, we expect growth within our childcare needs. We seek to provide a healthy environment for families to become more fully devoted followers of Christ.

We are looking for childcare workers to join our team of childcare workers. The childcare worker’s goal is to support the Hillcrest Kids team by implementing structure and curriculum in order for children to be exposed to Jesus during childcare needs.


Understand the Orange philosophy in order to promote the Orange model in both small groups and parent connections.

Ensure that all children and families feel welcomed and safe.

Structure the room to make sure the time spent in the class is based on the structure of the curriculum and the schedule HCKids has laid out.

Implement our 3 basic truths during childcare events:
