Please plan to attend a brief Congregational Meeting and member vote after each in-person service on Sunday, December 20 to fill spots on leadership teams. Paper ballots will be available for members attending in person.
Due to COVID, we are concerned that we may not have enough members present in person at the meeting to have a quorum necessary to hold the election. We encourage all church members who cannot attend the meeting in person to complete this online form to authorize another church member (who will be at the meeting) to serve as your proxy and vote on your behalf. Designating a proxy must be done at least one day prior to the vote. Please submit this form on or before Saturday, December 19.
