Lunch-N-Learn September 30

Lunch-N-Learns are monthly workshops on mental health in the Church to help raise awareness and remove the stigma of mental heath and mental illness. They will alternate between learning via curriculum using videos and workbooks and individual speakers from NAMI (National Alliance On Mental Illness) who will share their story of living with mental health challenges. Through this learning format we will learn what God, and Scripture says about mental health and better equip us to come alongside each other on our own mental health journeys. Lunch-N-Learns are held on Saturdays and a light lunch is provided. 

Join us for our first Lunch-N-Learn on September 30 from 11:30 AM to 2 PM in Room 204. Sign up here for this date and/or future dates here. The series continues through June and you are welcome to attend as many as you are able. Think of it as mini course on mental health!
