Caregivers Support Group invites you to hear from a special guest speaker on the topic of Alzheimer's & Dementia | Tuesday, September 23 from 1:30 to 3 PM in Room 204. Together we'll learn from a community educator with The Alzheimer's Association who will present a new, very impactful, educational program called The Empowered Caregiver. This program educates caregivers on specific strategies to help communicate and navigate care for someone with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Everyone is welcome!
